A warm welcome to you
Far away from noise & hustle & bustle … and yet so close to the hustle & bustle.
Situated on the outskirts of Mayrhofen, our house is in the middle of the “Scheulingwald” local recreation area. With great attention to detail, we have conjured up a little paradise for you. Here you will find peace & quiet and enjoy all the amenities of our garden holiday flat. The spacious garden invites you to relax. Just switch off and let your mind wander.
It will also be exciting for our little guests: The neighboring forest invites you to “voyages of discovery”, and it will never be boring in the nearby children’s playground.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Scheulingwald.

“Our house is located at the edge of the forest of the 14 hectare nature reserve “SCHEULINGWALD”. In addition to its near-natural forest stand & its plant diversity, the Scheulingwald is also home to a variety of alpine animals. Therefore, it is not uncommon that many a forest dweller (deer, squirrels and various bird species) visit our garden and enjoy one or the other little flower and grass.”
